Our first step would be to have a conversation about you, to decide if you feel comfortable working with me and how I may be able to help. Within counselling we discuss the "therapeutic alliance", and I am a firm believer that a mutually trusting relationship is beneficial. This is followed by an intake interview and needs analysis to further understand your needs.
The needs analysis outlines key areas for us to work on together. I recommend a minimum of two sessions, and ideally between six and ten. Behaviour change usually takes this amount of time, although our ongoing relationship will depend on your goals and expectations.
Sessions cost £50 for a 50 minute session. Included is that is follow up notes for your records.
I prefer to work over a number of sessions in order to really embed behaviour change, and so I offer a 20% discount to anyone that books a block of six sessions. If after one session you book a further four sessions then the discount applies.
